Setting an end date for a scheduled recurring job when the job status is set to Complete Only using the TeleNav Track web interface

  1. Click Setup.
  2. Under “Dashboard Settings”, click Manage Job Settings.
  3. Click Recurring Jobs.
  4. Click the name of the job under “Job Name”.

  5. Scroll down the page to the “Schedule” section.
  6. Click the dropdown arrows to the right of “Scheduled Time” to select the time.
  7. Click on the calendars to the right of “from” and “to” to select the dates for the recurring job.

  8. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of “Time Zone” to select the appropriate time zone.

  9. Click on the appropriate radio button to the right of “Recurrence.”
  10. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of “Generate Job” to select the number of days before the job starts.
    Note: The job cannot start on the same day.

  11. Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of “Expiration Time” to set an expiration timeframe for the job.
  12. Click Submit.
