Set text messaging restrictions for users using the pdvConnect web interface
Click Account Setup, and then Users.
Select the user that you want to edit by checking the box to the left of “First Name”. Note: If the users are in categories, click on the plus sign”+” next to the category name to view the users.
Click Edit User(s).
Click on Show/Hide More Details to edit the Text Message Reply option. Note: By default, the “Send Replies to my phone” option allows the contact’s text messages to go to the user’s mobile phone. Uncheck the box to stop text messages from going to the user’s phone.
