Set current user status (presence) in AT&T Business Notification Center
- Access the AT&T Business Notification Center.
- Click the preferences icon .
- The status list displays to the far left.
- Select the desired status. Alternately, you may click in the box to the right of “Custom Message” and enter a status.
- Click Save.
- A pop-up box displays to state the user information is successfully updated.
- Click OK.
