Set current user status (presence) in AT&T Business Notification Center

  1. Access the AT&T Business Notification Center.
  2. Click the preferences icon .

  3. The status list displays to the far left.
  4. Select the desired status. Alternately, you may click in the box to the right of “Custom Message” and enter a status.

  5. Click Save.

  6. A pop-up box displays to state the user information is successfully updated.
  7. Click OK.
