Send an alert from the Contact History menu in Enhanced Push-to-Talk for Android devices
Note: Alerts are text and tone (depending on the receiving phone’s volume settings) only and do not include voice. Both you and the recipient must be in Available status to send alerts. Only one alert may be sent at a time.
- From the “Home” tab , scroll to desired contact and tap the arrow button to enter conversation history.
- Tap/Click your phone’s Menu key, and then tap Send Alert.
Note: If individual is unavailable, tapping Send Alert produces an ‘error’ tone and message.
- Alert confirmation appears.
