Send an alert from Contact History in AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk for BlackBerry devices
Note: Alerts are text and tone (depending on the receiving phone’s volume settings) only and do not include voice. Both you and the recipient must be in Available status to send alerts. Only one alert may be sent at a time.
- From the “Home” tab , scroll to desired contact and tap/click to open conversation history.
- Press the phone’s Menu key, and then tap/click Send Alert.
Note: If individual is unavailable, tapping/clicking Send Alert produces an ‘error’ tone and message.
- Alert confirmation appears.
