AT&T Business Messaging

Learn how to use your AT&T Business Messaging service. Send a secure message to a contact in AT&T Business Notification Center

  1. Access the AT&T Business Notification Center.
    Note:  The web portal defaults to the “Conversations” screen.
  2. At the top right of the page, click New Message.

  3. Click inside the “Subject” field and complete the subject line.
  4. Click in the field to the right of “To:” and begin entering the name of the group or contact to which you would like to send the message.
  5. Click the contact’s name when it appears.

  6. The checkbox to the left of “Secure Conversation” is pre-selected.

  7. Complete your message and click Send Secure.

  8. A notification appears at the top to confirm the message is sent.
