Send a message to a contact from AT&T Business Notification Center
Access the AT&T Business Notification Center.
Begin typing the name of the individual(s) in the search field.
Once the name of the individual(s) is located, click the name(s). Note: A group conversation is limited to 500 individual users and any response is to a group conversation will be sent to all recipients. If the number of unique recipients is greater than 500, you will be presented with an option to send as a broadcast message or to remove recipients.
Repeat this until all desired individuals are selected.
In the “Subject” field, type the subject line for the message.
To send a broadcast message, check the checkbox to the left of “Broadcast message”.
Type the desired message in the box where the words “Type here” appear. Note: Each message is limited to 1000 characters.
There is an option to attach a file by clicking the attachment icon . Note: The maximum file size limit for each attachment is 5 MB.
Once the message is complete, click Send.
The message is populated. It automatically displays in the message preview list and confirms that it is sent.
