AT&T Business Messaging

Learn how to use your AT&T Business Messaging service. Send a message to a contact from AT&T Business Notification Center

  1. Access the AT&T Business Notification Center.
  2. Click Messages.

  3. Click Compose.

  4. Begin typing the name of the individual(s) in the search field.

  5. Once the name of the individual(s) is located, click the name(s).
    Note: A group conversation is limited to 500 individual users and any response is to a group conversation will be sent to all recipients. If the number of unique recipients is greater than 500, you will be presented with an option to send as a broadcast message or to remove recipients.
  6. Repeat this until all desired individuals are selected.

  7. In the “Subject” field, type the subject line for the message.
  8. To send a broadcast message, check the checkbox to the left of “Broadcast message”.
  9. Type the desired message in the box where the words “Type here” appear.
    Note: Each message is limited to 1000 characters.
  10. There is an option to attach a file by clicking the attachment icon .
    Note: The maximum file size limit for each attachment is 5 MB.

  11. Once the message is complete, click Send.

  12. The message is populated. It automatically displays in the message preview list and confirms that it is sent.
