Schedule a Geofence Alert History report with Actsoft Comet Tracker from AT&T

  1. From the home screen, click the Reports tab.

  2. Click the “Alert” folder.
  3. Click Geofence Alert History.
  4. Below “View by”, select the desired user(s) to run the report on.
  5. Click the dropdown arrow Image of the drop down arrow. in the field below “Alert Types:”, and select the desired alert type. 
  6. Click the dropdown arrow Image of the drop down arrow. in the field below “Group By:”, and select the desired grouping option.
  7. Click the dropdown arrow Image of the drop down arrow. in the field below “Calculated Date”, and select the desired option.
  8. Click Schedule Report.

  9. In the field below “Name”, enter the desired report name.
  10. Below “Format”, click the radio button to the left of the desired format.
  11. In the field below “Time”, click the dropdown arrow Image of the drop down arrow. and select the desired time of day to run the report.
  12. Click the radio button to the left of the desired date frequency. 
  13. To the right of “Run every”, click the up or down arrow Image of the up or down arrow. to select the desired frequency in days.
  14. In the field below “Subject”, enter the desired email subject.
  15. In the field below “Body”, enter the desired content.
  16. In the field below “To”, enter the desired email address(es).
  17. In the field below “Cc”, enter the desired email address(es) to receive a carbon copy.
  18. To enable email distribution, click the checkbox to the left of “Enabled”.
  19. Click Save.

  20. The requested report appears under “Scheduled Reports”.
