Run a Time Card report in AT&T Fleet Management for Enterprise/Government

  1. From the main menu, click on Activity in the column on the left.

  2. Click on Work Hours…, and then Time Card Report.

  3. Click on the desired time frame under “Date Period”.
  4. Click on either All or Vehicle to the right of “Run for work hours”.
  5. Click on either Vehicle or Driver to the right of “Run by”.
  6. Click in the field to the right of “Start working day from” and enter the desired number of hours.
  7. Click on the Apply changes button.

  8. The Time Card displays.
  9. Click on the View drop-down box and then click on Report.

  10. The Time Card Report displays.
    Note: You can download the report by click on the download PDF  or download excel  icons to the right of the “View” drop-down box.
