Run a User Timesheet report for select users with AT&T Workforce Manager

  1. Click Timekeeping.

  2. Click Reports.

  3. Below “Select report:”, click the dropdown arrow and select “User timesheet”.
  4. Below “Select date range:”, click the radio button to the left of the desired option.
  5. In the field below “Start”, click the calendar icon and select the desired start date.
  6. In the field below “Start”, click the dropdown arrow and select the desired start time.
  7. In the field below “Finish” click the calendar icon and select the desired end date.
  8. In the field below “Finish” click the dropdown arrow and select the desired end time.
  9. Below “Select user(s):”, click the radio button to the left of “Selected users”.
  10. Below ”Move user to the right to add them to the report”, select the user desired and click Add.
    Note: To add multiple users, click each individual user and then click Add. Each user must be added individually.
  11. Click Run report.

  12. The report populates in a separate window.
  13. To export the document, click the download icon and select the desired format.

  14. The report downloads in the selected format.
