Run a Fuel Usage report in AT&T Fleet Management for Enterprise/Government

  1. From the main menu, click on Engine and Maintenance in the column on the left.

  2. Click on Fuel Usage.
  3. Click on the desired time-period under “DATE PERIOD”.
  4. Click on either “On” or “Off” under “SUB-PREIODS”.
  5. Click on “Yes” or “No” to the right of “Include historical data”.
  6. Click on the drop-down to the right of “Vehicles”.

  7. Select the desired vehicle(s).

  8. Click the Apply changes button.

  9. Click on the Views drop-down box near the top of the page.

  10. Click on Report.

  11. The Fuel Usage Report displays.
    Note: To download the report click on either the download PDF icon Image of the download PDF icon. or the download Excel icon Image of the download Excel icon. to the right of the “View” drop-down.
