Reset a forgotten password in AT&T Business Notification Center

  1. From the AT&T Business Notification Center login page, click Forgot password.

  2. Enter your wireless number in the “Wireless Number” field.
  3. Click Submit.

  4. A text message with a confirmation number is received on your mobile device.

  5. Enter the confirmation number received on the mobile device in the field to the right of “Confirmation number”.
  6. Enter a new password in the field to the right of a “New password”.
  7. Re-type the new password again in the field to the right of “Re-type password”.
  8. Click Change Password.
