Reply to a message with Actsoft Comet Tracker from AT&T

1. Go to login.actsoft.com and enter your Email and Password, then click Sign In.
   Note: If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password located at the bottom right corner of the login box.

   
   

2. Actsoft Comet Tracker will open directly to your “Live View” tab. Here you will be able to view your map as well as your data grid, which is located at the  bottom of the screen.

   
   

3. Click on the message in your Inbox. Alternately, click on Messages on the upper right hand corner to view a preview of the message without actually opening it.

   
   

4. The message now displays. Once your message is open, the status of the message changes from unread, to read, and the status icon changes to an open envelope.

   
   

5. Replying to the message can be done by clicking on either of the reply icons on the message.

   
   

6. You can add a recipient to the reply by clicking the “To” field and selecting a recipient.

   
   

7. Click Send.
