Receiving faxes on your Office@Hand account
RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T will receive faxes sent to your company fax number or personal line and route them to the particular extension’s Inbox, which can be accessed from the Inbox under the Messages tab on your RingCentral online account.
The following are the levels of access per account type:
• Administrators – receive faxes sent to the company number.
• Department Managers – receive faxes sent to their specific departments.
• Extension Users – receive faxes sent to their regular Office@Hand phone numbers and are detected automatically, and stored in their Messages Inbox.
