How do I call an existing contact from my Office@Hand mobile app?

One of the features of the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App is VoIP Calling which enables you make phone calls over the Internet, without consuming your airtime minutes. You can place an outgoing call through the following ways: 

Dial Pad
From the Contacts List
From the Favorites List
From the Messages Tab
From the Call Log tab

IMPORTANT: Ensure that VoIP Calling is enabled in your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App. See VoIP Calling on Office@Hand mobile app to learn more.

Using the Dial Pad

  1. Tap the Dial Pad icon.

    Tap the Dial Pad icon.

  2. Enter the Phone Number of the person that you wish to call, and then tap the Call button.

From the Contacts List

  1. Tap Contacts.

    Tap Contacts.

  2. Select a contact.

    Select a contact.

  3. Tap the call button.

    Tap the call button.

From the Favorites List

  1. On the Contacts page, tap the drop-down arrow, and then tap Favorites.

  2. Tap the Call button next to your Favorite contact.

From the Messages Tab

  1. Tap Messages.

    Tap Messages.

  2. Tap the Information icon.

    Tap the Information icon.

  3. The Contact Info will open. Tap the Call button.

From the Call Log tab

  1. Tap Recents.

    Tap Recents.

  2. Tap the Information icon.

    Tap the Information icon.

  3. The Contact Info will open. Tap the Call button.
