On-Demand Call Recording – Check on online account | AT&T Office@Hand
This article provides information on how to check, download, and listen to On-Demand Call Recordings. Call recordings can be downloaded from your AT&T Office@HandOnline account.
On-demand Call Recordings can be retrieved from the Recordings section of the Messages tab. On-demand Call Recordings do not work when Automatic Call Recording is activated for the extension.
Check, download, and listen to On-Demand Call Recordings
IMPORTANT: State and federal laws require that your callers hear a call recording notification before and after their call is recorded. As an Administrator, make sure your company’s call recording procedures comply with federal and state laws.
- Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand online account then click Messages.
- When logged in as an Account Administrator. Click Admin Portal > My Extension first.
- When logged in as a User Extension
- Click Recordings.
- Click the Play button to play the recording.
Click on provided links if you would like to Download or Forward a message.
To delete a recording, simply select the recording by putting a check mark on the box next to it, and then click Delete.
