1.  What are the available Office@Hand apps for mobile?
Office@Hand mobile apps are available for iOS, Android and Blackberry mobile smartphones.

Note: If you have the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App already installed on your Blackberry device (versions 4.2-6.x), you can continue to use it. However, the Mobile App for Blackberry devices is not updated and a download link is no longer available for new installation on any blackberry device.

2. How do I download the Office@Hand mobile app? 
You can download the Office@Hand from your mobile phone’s official app store.

3. How do I delete messages from my Office@Hand mobile app?
On your Messages section, you can swipe-delete any of the messages from your mobile app.

4. What is Conference feature?
The Conference feature on your mobile app allows you to initiate one-click conference calls or send invitations via Business SMS or email. 

5.  What is DND?
The Do Not Disturb (DND) function forwards all calls directly to your voicemail. You can choose from the following:

• Accept Calls
• Accept Queue Calls

6.  How do I resolve message sync issues?
Message sync issues may be caused by multiple duplicate messages that you receive on your Office@Hand account.  You can resolve this by logging out and logging back in to your Office@Hand mobile app.

Note:  You can also update your mobile app to the latest version for a more stable messaging feature.  Contact your smartphone manufacturer to learn how to update apps on your mobile device.

7.  What are the minimum requirements to install the Office@Hand mobile app?

The following are the minimum requirements to install the mobile apps:

iOS 6.0 or higher (now supports iOS 9)
Android OS 4.0 or later (Android M not yet supported)

8. Can i send MMS with the Office@Hand Mobile app?

Yes, you can.

9. How do i send MMS?

Send MMS to a User with a direct and PSTN numbers. Users must use Glip if sending MSS to Users that ONLY have an extension and NO direct or PSTN number.

10. What are the files supported for sending and receiving MMS?

The following file types are supported for sending and receiving MMS:

Receiving: 
• Images: jpg/jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tif/tiff, svg
• Videos: 3gp, mp4, mpeg, flv, wmv, avi, mov
• Files: vcf/vcard, zip, rtf, html, gzip

Sending:
• Images: jpg/jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tif/tiff, svg

MMS can be seen in previews inline in message thread, view or play in-app or in third-party apps. However, cannot send a caption with image as one message.

11. Can I send MMS to a Group?

Group MMS is not yet supported. Messages will be sent individually. Users can ONLY send a group text to multiple extensions.

12. Can I view MMS on my Apple Watch?

Users can receive New message notification when MMS is received. Quick reply with text is possible, however, no outbound MMS from Apple Watch.
