AT&T Office@Hand for Office 365 Features

  • Connect to a Microsoft Office 365 user account and an Office@Hand Office subscription.
  • Click-to-dial any phone number that appears in the Office 365 Mail application.
  • Initiate outbound calls directly from your Office 365 Mail or web interface with the integrated dialer or redirect them to your device of choice.
  • View incoming caller ID while working in the Office 365 Mail app.
  • Send and receive business SMS from the Office 365 Mail app.

Installing the AT&T Office@Hand for Office 365 Chrome Extension

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of Google Chrome. To do this, go to Settings > About Google Chrome. You should see this notification.
  2. Launch Google Chrome and then navigate to the Chrome Web Store.
  3. Type AT&T Office@Hand on the search box.
  4. Look for AT&T Office@Hand for Office 365, then click + ADD TO CHROME.
  5. Click Add Extension to confirm the installation. You will see this confirmation on the upper right corner of your screen once AT&T Office@Hand for 365 has been successfully added to Chrome.
  6. Log in to your Office 365 account on Chrome.
    Note: AT&T Office@Hand for Office 365 currently works only on Google Chrome.

Logging in to AT&T Office@Hand for Office 365

  1. Open AT&T Office@Hand for Office 365.
  2. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand for Office 365 account.
    Note: Set Remember me to on to stay logged in to AT&T Office@Hand for Office 365.

Authorizing Outlook 365 App

In order for AT&T Office@Hand for Office 365 to access your emails, contacts, calendar, and tasks, the app needs to be authorized first.

  1. Click the Settings icon Settings from the navigation bar.
  2. Click the Authorize button on the Settings screen.

Setting up a Conference

  1. Click the Schedule Conference Schedule Conference icon.
  2. The New Conference screen displays the Dial-in-Number, screen your host code, and the participant code that you distribute to people whom you wish to participate in your conference.
  3. Enable International participants if you have attendees from other countries. This displays a list of countries along with their respective dial-in numbers. The list is searchable; you can type in the first few letters of the country name to avoid scrolling through the entire list. Select the country by clicking the corresponding check box.
  4. Click Save in Calendar to automatically set up the conference in your calendar.
  5. Your Office 365 Calendar will open. Click the event to modify the details of your conference, then click Edit. Click Delete if you want to remove the set conference instead.
  6. Click Conference Commands if you want to view the conference command shortcuts.

Configuring AT&T Office@Hand for Office 365 settings

Clicking the Settings Settings icon will allow you to enable the following:

  1. Calling
  2. Desktop notifications
  3. Click to dial

This is where you can authorize Office@Hand for Office 365 to have access to your Office 365 emails, contacts, calendar, and tasks.
