To send faxes displaying the phone number/caller ID that you want the recipient to see, you can create a custom cover page document with the phone number and other information you would like to show. Then, attach it as the first page of your fax. You will have to uncheck I want a cover page option to show your custom first page as the cover page for your fax. The fax Caller ID can also be set to Blocked on the online account.
  13. How to send a custom cover page when sending a fax via email?
You can set the first page of the document you are sending to serve as a custom cover page. You can also attach a different file to serve as the first page of your fax. You have to uncheck I want a cover page option to show your custom first page as the cover page for your fax. In creating your email, make sure that the subject header is empty or blank in order for this to work.
  14. How long do faxes take to transmit?
The average time to transmit a fax is about 1 minute per page. Depending on the file size and speed of the connection inside the fax machine you are sending, this process can be longer or shorter. A slower connection means longer transmission times.
