Move new users from the default account to another account using the pdvConnect web interface

  1. Click Account Setup, and then Account Management.

  2. Click Move Users.

    The actions in the photo are explained in the text.

  3. From the “Account Setup” page, select the Default Account from the drop-down list.
  4. In the drop-down box below “Destination Account”, select the new account.

    The actions in the photo are explained in the text.

  5. Check the box(es) next to the users in the “Source Account” that you want to move, and then click Move.
    Note: Use the “Sort By” drop-down to sort the list by PTN or PTT.
