You can set up the Group or the extension’s voicemail greeting, assign an extension or user as the message recipient, and modify notification settings.

Voicemail Greeting
You can use the system default voicemail greeting or upload a custom greeting by recording over the phone or importing.

Message Recipient
You can even choose which extension mailbox will receive the voice mail messages for the Group.

NOTE:  Only account Administrators can change this option
