Attendee Controls

AT&T Office@Hand Meetings – Host Controls

This article provides information on what the host can do during a meeting. The host of the meeting has extensive control over all the functions and features in the meeting.

The following buttons will be available to the host of the meeting in AT&T Office@Hand Meetings.

Mute/Unmute Audio Mute/Unmute Audio Allows you to mute/unmute your audio. Click the options button to see your audio options.
Start/Stop Video Start/Stop Video Allows you to turn on/off your camera.
Share Screen Share Screen Allows you to share your screen to other participants in the meeting.
Invite Invite Allows you to invite other participants to the meeting. You can invite by sending an email or copying to clipboard the details of meeting.
Show/Hide Participants Show/Hide Participants Allows you to manage the controls of the participants in a meeting. Click the button and the participants and chat window will open.
Chat Chat Allows you send a message to the participants in the meeting.
More More
  • Send feedback – Click to send a feedback. This will redirect you to your email.
  • Settings – You can configure your settings based on your preference.
Hang up Hang up Allows you to end or leave the meeting.

Host Controls – Manage Participants

A separate window will launch when the Host clicks either the participants or chat button during a meeting. The host can move the window anywhere in the screen during the meeting or click the pin button to pin the window permanently on the right side of the screen.

Under Participants tab, the Host can do the following:

  • Search – Search for Participants.
  • Lock Meeting – Prevents new Participants from joining the meeting.
  • Mute All – Mute microphone for all current and new Participants.
  • Unmute All – Request all Participants to unmute their microphones.

The Host can also hover on the Participant for more controls:

  • More (three vertical dots) – Click to Assign or Revoke Moderator Role or Hangup.
    • Assigning moderator role to a participant will give him/her co-host controls for the meeting.
    • If you hang up a participant or a participant leaves the meeting, he/she will be under Not Connected.
  • Request to turn on/off audio – Option will be available if the participant has joined his/her audio. If available, click to request the participant to turn on or off his/her audio.
  • Request to turn on/off camera – Click to request the participant to turn on or off his/her video.

AT&T Office@Hand Meetings Attendee Controls

This section provides information on what the attendee or participant can do during a meeting. When you join a AT&T Office@Hand Meetings hosted by another user, you are considered an attendee.

The attendee controls appear at the bottom of your screen if you’re not currently screen sharing. The following buttons will be available to the attendee of the meeting in AT&T Office@Hand Meetings.

Start/Stop Video Start/Stop Video Allows you to turn on/off your camera.
Share Screen Share your screen Allows you to share your screen to other participants in the meeting.

Show/Hide Participants Show/Hide participants Allows you to see the participants in a meeting. Click the button and the Participants and Chat window will open,
Chat Chat Allows you to send a message to all the participants in the meeting.
Settings Settings You can configure your settings based on your preference.
Hang up Hang up Allows you to leave the meeting.

  • The attendee can move the window anywhere in the screen during the meeting or click the Pin button to pin the window permanently on the right side of the screen.
  • The attendee can only mute / unmute him/herself or turn on / off his/her video.
