Manage user tools with AT&T Collaborate – Enhanced Mobile

User tools include the user’s personal phone number list, meetings, schedules. For information about using concurrent call limits, see Manage concurrent call limits.

Get started

  1. On the AT&T Collaborate homepage, on the left menu, expand Users and then click Manage users. The Manage users page appears.
  2. Search for or select the user you want to manage. The manage page for the user appears.
  3. Click Manage tools. The Manage tools page appears.
  4. For each tool you want to manage, follow the steps in the corresponding procedures below.

Access a user’s contacts

You can add and delete a user’s contacts.

  1. Follow the steps in Get started.
  2. On the Manage tools page, click Access contacts. The Access contacts page appears with the user’s list of contacts.
    • To make changes to an entry, click the Edit icon.
    • To delete an entry, click the Delete icon.
  3. To add a contact, click Add contact, enter a name, a 10-digit phone number (without spaces, dashes, or parentheses), and then click Save. The new contact appears in the contacts list.

View and manage user schedules

  1. Follow the steps in Get started.
  2. Click View schedules. The Schedules page appears with a list of the user’s business and holiday schedules.
  3. To create or delete a user’s schedule, use the Actions menu.

Note: You create and manage user schedules in the same way as company or site schedules. For more information, see Manage schedules.

View and manage user meetings

  1. Follow the steps in Get started.
  2. Click Manage Meet Me Conferencing. The Manage Meet Me Conferencing page appears.
