Manage schedules with AT&T Collaborate

You can use the AT&T Collaborate SM Schedule feature to view company schedules and to manage your time and date information. You can use schedules with features that support selective criteria, such as Simultaneous Ring and Call Notify.

Collaborate has 2 types of schedules: Business (for work hours and days), and Holiday (for company holidays and other non-work events).

View and add schedules

  1. On the Collaborate homepage, on the left menu, click Schedules. The Schedules page appears.
  2. To view a schedule, click its name.
  3. To add a schedule, from the Actions menu, choose 1 of these options:
    – Create business schedule
    – Create holiday schedule
  4. The Create a schedule page appears.
  5. Enter a schedule name, and select a site for the schedule.
  6. Complete the following sections for your schedule:
    – Weekdays
    –  Weekends
  7. When you’re finished setting up your schedule, at the bottom of the page, click Save.

Manage existing schedules and events

  1. On the Collaborate homepage, on the left menu, click Schedules. The Schedules page appears.
  2. Click the name of the schedule you want to manage. You can change the schedule name and add or manage hours.
    • To change the schedule name, enter a new name in the Schedule name field.
    • To apply the schedule to a different site, use the Schedule for list.
    • To change the hours for a schedule, enter different hours for different days of the week.
  3. When you’re finished, click Save.

Delete a schedule

  1. On the Schedules page, select the schedule you want.
  2. From the Actions menu, click Delete schedule.
