Manage reports with AT&T Collaborate Enhanced Mobile

The AT&T Collaborate™ service has a variety of reports that provide data about usage in your company. These reports are useful for tracking the activity of your company or locations, and for seeing how users are distributed across locations.

To run a report, start on the AT&T Collaborate homepage. Go to the Analytics widget and click the report name. You can download a report as a comma-separated values (CSV) file, view the report online, or have the report emailed in CSV format to selected email addresses. You can view CSV files with the spreadsheet software of your choice, such as Microsoft® Excel®.

Account/Authorization Code Summary

An Account/Authorization Code Summary report includes information about how authorization and account codes are used in your company or selected locations. You can generate a report that includes data from a single date or from a range of dates.

Account and authorization codes are available as part of the AT&T Collaborate ─ Enhanced Voice Features Bundle. For more information, see Manage Account and Authorization Codes.

 
Call Detail – Inbound

An Inbound Call Detail report includes information about all calls to users in your company or selected locations, or to a phone number or extension range. You can generate reports that include data for users, auto attendants, or hunt groups. You can include a single date or a range of dates. You can also include data for calls that are transferred or forwarded.

Call Detail – Outbound

An Outbound Call Detail report includes information about all the calls made by users in your company or in selected locations, or by a phone number or extension range. You can generate reports that include data from a single date or a range of dates. You can also include data for calls that are transferred or forwarded, and data about calls made with account or authorization codes.

Device Assignment

A Device Assignment report includes information about the devices in a specific location. The report includes which groups and users each device is assigned to. Additionally, this report contains the phone number and extension assigned to each device in the location.

Device Summary

A Device Summary report includes information such as device type, MAC address, and assigned user information for devices assigned in selected locations. The Device Summary report also provides user detail that can be helpful when managing test and turn up or other installation events.

Emergency Call Log

An Emergency Call Log report includes information about all emergency calls made by users in your company or selected locations, or by a phone number or extension range. You can generate reports that include data from the last hour, the last 2 days, a specified date, or a range of dates.

Flexible Seating Host

A Flexible Seating Host report includes information such as user ID, host name, and associated department for flexible seating hosts in your company or selected locations.

Line Appearance

A Line Appearance report includes information such as line ID, assigned user’s first and last names, and assigned device information for line appearances in selected locations.

Location Summary

A Location Summary report includes information about selected locations, such as location ID, location name, and user limits.

Phone Number Summary

A Phone Number Summary report includes information such as user ID, assigned user’s first and last names, and associated department for phone numbers in selected locations.

Registration

A Registration report includes information about devices that are registered on your network in your company, in selected locations, or in a phone number range. You can generate reports that include data for only active registrations, for only expired registrations, or for both active and expired registrations. An active registration identifies a device that’s active on the network. If a device is disconnected from the network, the registration expires after a set amount of time.

Service Assignment

A Service Assignment report includes information about which features, such as Call Forwarding ─ Busy and Call Waiting, are assigned to each user in selected locations.

Service Summary

A Service Summary report includes information about how many users are assigned a particular feature in selected locations.

User Summary

A User Summary report includes information such as first and last name, email address, and extension, for users in your company or selected locations.
