Manage concurrent call limits with AT&T Collaborate

Concurrent call limits determine the number of concurrent voice or video calls allowed. Calls aren’t limited by default, but if you experience call quality issues, these settings can help improve call quality by limiting the number of calls to the bandwidth available at your site. Your company and each site can have different limits. You can also set a different limit for voice and video calls.

Manage company concurrent call limits

  1. On the Collaborate homepage, on the left menu, expand Administration, and then click Enterprise settings. The Company settings page appears.
  2. In the Concurrent call limits section, click Edit. The Concurrent call limits page appears.
  3. To limit the number of concurrent voice calls, check Turn on concurrent voice call limit and specify the maximum number of calls. To remove the limit, uncheck the box.
  4. To limit the number of concurrent video calls, check Turn on concurrent video call limit and specify the maximum number of calls. To remove the limit, uncheck the box.
  5. Click Save.

Manage concurrent call limits for a site

  1. On the Collaborate homepage, click Select a site, search for and select a site to manage, and then click Save.
  2. On the left menu, expand Administration, and then click Features. The Site feature settings page appears.
  3. In the Concurrent call limits section, click Edit. The Concurrent call limits page appears.
  4. Do 1 of these things:
    – To use company-level policies, select Use company limits, and then click Save. You’re done.
    – To use site-level policies, select Use site limits, and then go on to step 5.
  5. To limit the number of concurrent voice calls, check Maximum number of concurrent voice calls and specify the maximum number of calls. To remove the limit, uncheck the box.
  6. To limit the number of concurrent video calls, check Maximum number of concurrent video calls and specify the maximum number of calls. To remove the limit, uncheck the box.
  7. Click Save.
