Login – Change Security Question via Online Account | AT&T Office@Hand

This article provides information on how to change your security question through your AT&T Office@Hand online account. The Security Question is used to verify information when you want to reset your password or to identify your account when contacting Customer Service. Follow the steps below to change your security question.

Login – Change Security Question via Online Account

  1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand online account.
  2. Click Settings.
    Note: If you are logged in as an Administrator and would like to change your Password, PIN or Security Question, you have to switch the view from Admin Portal to My Extension, then click Settings.
  3. Go to User Details > General then click Change Password.

  4. Enter your Current Password.
  5. Go to Security Question then click on the drop-down list to select your security question.
    Fill in the answer field and click Save.
