This article provides information on how to change your PIN through your AT&T Office@Hand online account. The PIN is used to verify the User’s identity when checking their voicemail from a phone or in the automated attendant when contacting Customer Care. Follow the steps below to change your PIN.

Login – Change PIN via Online Account

  1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand online account.
  2. Click Settings.
    Note: If you are logged in as an Administrator and would like to change your Password, PIN or Security Question, you have to switch the view from Admin Portal to My Extension, then click Settings.
  3. Go to User Details > General then click Change Password.

  4. Enter your Current Password.
  5. Click Change PIN then enter the New PIN and Confirm PIN. Click Save.
    Note: Please choose a PIN with 6 to 10 non-repeating numerical digits.

    Click Change PIN then enter the New PIN and Confirm PIN. Click Save.
