This article provides information on how to check your voicemail on AT&T Office@Hand Wireless and Wireless Integrated for AT&T Office@Hand.

There are several ways to access your AT&T Office@Hand Wireless and Wireless Integrated for AT&T Office@Hand voicemail. You can access them through your AT&T Office@Hand Wireless and Wireless Integrated for AT&T Office@Hand Online Account, Mobile App, and using your desk phone. If you do not have access to the Internet, you can check your voicemail over the phone. Click any of the links below to how to check your voicemail over the phone.

NOTE: You should know the PIN of the extension that you are checking. To change your PIN, go to Change Security Settings via Online Account.

The AT&T Office@Hand Wireless and Wireless Integrated for AT&T Office@Hand Voicemail system is set by default. So the Voicemail is not displayed in the app, only in native. Users can choose a Voicemail system in the online account.

Checking your voicemail via online account

  1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand Wireless or Wireless Integrated for AT&T Office@Hand account.
  2. Follow the steps below depending on your access profile:
    • Admin – Go to Admin Portal on the upper-right corner, and switch to the My Extension view to access your own messages.
    • User – Go to Messages.
  3. Go to the Inbox, then play the voicemail that needs to be checked.

Checking your voicemail using a mobile phone or a landline

  1. Dial your main or direct Office@Hand telephone number.
  2. Enter your extension number as soon as you hear the ring.
  3. Press the star (*) key.
    Note: If you do not have a greeting in your extension, press the star (*) key after the second ring.
  4. Enter your PIN followed by the hash (#) sign once prompted.
  5. Listen to the prompt for instructions or press (1) to listen to your messages. For the list of commands, go to Options when listening to a voice message over the phone.

Checking your voicemail using a provisioned IP phone

  1. Call your AT&T Office@Hand Wireless and Wireless Integrated for AT&T Office@Hand Main Number, enter your extension number as soon as you hear the ring. You can also call your Direct Number instead.
  2. Press the star key (*).
  3. Enter your voicemail PIN followed by the hash sign (#) once prompted.
  4. Listen to the prompt for instructions or press One (1) to listen to your messages.

Options when listening to a voice message over the phone

After listening to the most recent voicemail, you will have the following options:

Press 1 – Repeat the message
Press 2 – Save the message
Press 3 – Erase the message
Press 4 – Return the call
Press 5 – Forward to an extension
Press 6 – Skip the message
Press * – Exit
