Issue a refund using Vantiv Mobile Accept on an Android device

  1. Launch the Vantiv Mobile Accept app.

  2. Enter your credentials and tap Log In.

  3. Tap the menu icon.

  4. Tap Transaction History.

  5. Select the transaction you wish to refund.

  6. Review the information, and then tap Issue Refund.

  7. Enter the amount to refund and tap Refund.
    Note: The full amount of the charge is automatically populated.

  8. The transaction is now complete, tap OK.
