1. What is Inbound Caller ID?
Inbound Caller ID Name is an Office@Hand feature that displays the Caller ID name (CNAM) on all Office@Hand phones for incoming VoIP calls. It will show the name of the caller in the call logs for incoming calls, missed calls and in the messages section for incoming voice and fax messages.

2. How does the Inbound Caller ID Name feature work?
When you receive an incoming VoIP call with a registered Caller ID Name (CNAM), Office@Hand shows that Caller ID Name on your account, together with the phone number used to call you, even if the contact information is not saved in your account.

3. Does this feature apply on my mobile phones as well?
The Inbound Caller ID Name feature applies to your Office@Hand phones and on devices with the Office@Hand Mobile App on select smartphones.

NOTE:  Smartphone apps are available for iOS and Android devices. You may refer to Office@Hand site for the list of certified devices.

4. How can I enable this feature?
The Inbound Caller ID Name feature is enabled and available only to Office@Hand Premium plan users. Call our Sales department at 1-877-323-8684 for pricing and details.
