HD Voice Overview
High Definition Voice or HD Voice allows you to establish calls between supported AT&T Office at Hand Desk Phones, desktop app and mobile app with high quality voice audio.
This automaticallyenabled feature is available to AT&T Office@Hand Office, Premium, and Enterprise.

HD Voice with OPUS Codec is enabled by default on Office@Hand mobile app, and Office@Handdesktop app. It renders richer commmunication with its clarity, and provides a better user experience, especially in a limited bandwidth and network environment.

HD Voice is automatically enabled by default on the Office@hand Mobile App version 7.4 and above; which means that if you are using the latest version of the app, you will no longer see the option to switch HD Voice on or off on the mobile app settings.
If you are still the Office@hand Mobile App version 7.3 or lower, we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of the app.
Note: If your device does not meet the minimum requirement, you will still have HD voice with G.722 codec
