  1. What is Group Messaging on the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App?
    Group Messaging allows you to send a message to a call queue and to 2 or more company contacts efficiently using the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App. Recipients of the group message can respond with their message shown to the same group as a threaded message.
  2. Is this feature available for iOS and Android?
    Yes, the Group Messaging feature is available on the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile Apps for iOS and Android.
  3. How do I retrieve a message sent to me via Group Messaging?
    Retrieving group messages may be done using the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile Apps.
  4. Are there limitations to this feature?
    Group messaging has the following limitations:

    • Group messages only work with extensions and contacts in Company Directory.
    • Sending group text messages to an external number or personal contact results in a message sent as separate text messages.
    • Once a group message is created you can’t add or remove somebody from the group.
