Generate a Messaging Report in AT&T Business Notification Center – Admin only

  1. Access the AT&T Business Notification Center website.
  2. Click Admin, and then click Reports.

  3. The site defaults to the “Messaging Report” page.
  4. Enter the user’s mobile number to the right of “Recipient”.

  5. Click inside the boxes to the right of “From” to enter the desired date and time for the exact start time of the report.

  6. Click inside the boxes to the right of “To” to enter the desired date and time for the exact end time of the report.

  7. Click Generate report.

  8. Click Save to save the report.
    Note: Clicking “Done” returns the application to the initial “Messaging Report” page.

  9. Select the desired option of how you would like to save your report(s).
  10. Click OK.
