Export a detailed User Activity report with AT&T Workforce Manager

  1. Click on the menu icon Image of the menu icon. at the top right of the page.

  2. Click on History.

  3. Click on User activity.

  4. Click on the dropdown under “See history for:”.

  5. Click on the desired user.

  6. Click the calendar icon Image of the calendar icon. and clock icon Image of the clock icon. below “From” and select the desired starting date and time.
  7. Click the calendar icon Image of the calendar icon. and clock icon Image of the clock icon. below “to” to select the desired end date and time.

  8. Click the Show History button.

  9. The history displays.
  10. Click the View Details button.

  11. Click on either Excel Export or CSV Export above the activity list.

  12. The download dialogue displays.
  13. Click on the radio button to the left of either “Open with” or “Save File”.
  14. Click the OK button.

  15. The document downloads.
