Editing a custom signature in an Auto Reply using the AT&T Landline Texting web application

  1. Click on Auto Reply On at the top of the home page.

  2. A list of configured auto-replies displays.
  3. Click the white area of the Auto Reply you wish to edit.

  4. Click on the Edit Signature link.

  5. Click in the field below “Custom Signature:” and enter the new signature.
  6. Click the SAVE CUSTOM SIGNATURE button.

  7. A confirmation message displays.
  8. Click on the OK button.

  9. The new customer signature displays in the “Custom Signature” box.
  10. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the “Settings” box.

  11. Click on the SAVE button.
