Edit a system user’s information with Actsoft Comet Tracker from AT&T

Note: Only admin users can add system users.

  1. Hover over “Admin” and click System Users.

  2. Click the settings icon to the left of the user you wish to edit.

  3. To enable the user, click the checkbox to the right of “Active”.
  4. To the right of “Name:”, edit the user’s name.
  5. To the right of “Login Name:”, edit the user’s login name.
  6. To the right of “Password:”, edit the user’s password.
  7. To the right of “Update Interval:”, click the up or down arrow to edit the desired refresh interval.
    Note: This will specify how often GPS positions will be transmitted to the user in increments of seconds.
  8. To the right of “Email:”, edit the user’s email address.
  9. To edit the user role, click the dropdown arrow to the right of “Roles:”.
  10. To edit the user’s group, click the dropdown arrow to the right of “Groups:”.
  11. Click Save.

  12. The changes are saved.
