Edit a contact in AT&T Business Notification Center
- Access the AT&T Business Notification Center.
Note: The web portal defaults to the “Conversations” screen.
- Click Contacts.
- Contacts display.
- Hover over the contact, and click the ellipses icon .
- Click Edit.
- The contact’s information populates.
- Edit the desired fields, and then click Save.
- The “Contact updated successfully” notification appears at the top of the screen to confirm the contact is updated.
