This article provides information about the display called party name feature. When User dials someone internally, User can now see the names instead of just extension number.

Display Called Party Name

This feature allows Users using hard phones to see the name on the AT&T Office@Hand account that is assigned to the extension when making a call. This makes it easier for a caller to check if they dialed the right person / extension.

Note: All hard phones (Polycom, Yealink and Cisco) that are supported by AT&T Office@Hand as certified devices will be supported. Feature is supported for all call types within the same account
