1. What is Directory Listing?
Directory Listing enables business details to be published in the National Local Directory Assistance. Once your company details are published, potential customers can readily locate your business. This feature is free for Virtual and Premium users. To learn how to use the Directory Listing feature, click here.

2. How do I sign up to get a directory listing?
To get your listing posted, your account administrator will need to access the homepage of your account. For complete instructions, click here.

3. How long will it take for me to see the listing?
You will be updated of the status within 2-3 days.

4. Can I delete the directory listing?
Yes, you can make changes and even delete your entire listing. The account administrator goes to your Listing Details and select Edit or Remove to make changes on your profile.

5. How many different listing can I make?
You get one (1) listing per company, and get to publish your main company number, fax and also a toll-free number.

6. Can I make 411 Directory calls using my RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T service?
Yes, you can place directory calls using your Office@Hand DigitalLine service. Dialing 411 will send you to a Directory Information operator.

7. Is there a charge when I place 411 Directory calls?
Yes, the cost for using the Information feature is $1.00 per call. The minutes used in placing the call are also billed, per your service plan rate.
