This article provides information how to detect failed logins and locked accounts via the Audit Trail in the Admin Portal in the AT&T Office@Hand Online Account.

The Audit Trail feature is available to all AT&T Office@Hand MVP and Video Pro+ accounts. Audit Trail allows Administrators (Super Admins or Billing Admins) to track the changes made to the account.

Admins can view failed logins and locked accounts via Audit Trail in the AT&T Office@Hand Admin Portal and download the data recorded.

  1. Log In to your AT&T Office@Hand Account as an Administrator.
  2. Go to More > Service Console > Audit Trail.

    Go to More > Service Console > Audit Trail.

  3. Select the date range and click the filter button.
  4. Click Items Affected and select Login Success/Failed.

    Click Items Affected and select Login Success/Failed.

  5. Click Apply.
