This article describes the steps to add an existing phone to your AT&T Office@Hand account. Follow these steps to use the device that you already have, maybe from a previous or different provider, bought directly from the manufacturer/ distributor, or a phone that was passed on with AT&T Office@Hand.

How to add an Existing Phone

  1. Log in to your Office@Hand account as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Users > User list.
  3. Under Users With Extensions, click the name of the user that you want to modify and select Phones & Numbers.
  4. Go to Phones then click Add Phone.
  5. On the Buy Phones page, go to the Other Phones tab and select Existing Phone.
  6. Select from your list of saved Emergency Addresses and assign it to your existing phone. Click Next to complete the process.

Note: After clicking Next, you will be redirected to the Phones tab. To continue the Provisioning process, go to KB 2652 Deskphones ­ Setting up a Third Party SIP Phone | AT&T Office@Hand.

If you select New, read the details for the Emergency Address Agreement. Provide your information and check the box to confirm that you understand and agree to how 911 service from AT&T Office@Hand differs from traditional 911 service, then click I Accept.
