Deleting the Activity Log via the Web
The Call Log provides customized reports on inbound and outbound calls and faxes for the company number and specified extensions via the RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account. It can be customized to pull up reports based on the time period, type of call (inbound or outbound), a specific phone number, blocked calls, or recorded calls.
Call Logs can be deleted or purged. Purging Call Logs permanently deletes all of your Call Queue log entries.
Accessing the Call Log section of your Online Account can be done by following the steps below:
- Log in to your RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T Online Account.
- On your Office@Hand Online Account, click Call Log.
- Select the calls you would like to delete from the Call Log.
Note: The Delete button will be grayed-out if there is no number selected on the list.
- Click Delete.
- Click Delete to proceed.
You have now successfully deleted specific calls from your Call Log via the Online Account.
IMPORTANT: Save a copy of your Call Log before purging it.
- Click Purge.
- Click Yes.
You have now successfully purged calls from your Call Log via the Online Account.
