Deactivating employees using the TeleNav Track web interface

Note: You can update employees in the employee list to change their properties, deactivate, or delete them from the employee list.

  1. Click Setup.
  2. Under “Company Settings”, click Devices & Employees.
  3. Click Employees.

  4. Click on an existing contact in the “Employee Name” column of the table.

  5. Click Deactivate Employee to remove the employee from associated groups and teams.

    Actions in the photo are explained in the text.

  6. The employee now shows as inactive and has been removed from groups and teams.
