Deactivate a user in AT&T Business Notification Center – Admin only
- Access the AT&T Business Notification Center website.
- Click Admin, and then click Users.
- Click the checkbox(es) to the left of the mobile number(s) you wish to deactivate.
- Click Actions, and then click De-Activate.
- A message populates to confirm the mobile number is successfully deactivated.
- Click OK.
- The status of the mobile number shows “De-activated”.
