Customize settings in Enhanced Push-to-Talk for iPhone

  1. From the “Home” tab Home tab icon, tap the ellipsis icon ellipsis icon.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Settings menu appears.
    • To change a setting, tap the toggle.
    • Tap arrows to customize settings with multiple options.
    • All settings only apply to Enhanced Push-to-Talk.
    • Tap the back arrow back arrow icon at any time to return to the Home tab.

  4. Alerts and Sounds:

    • “Vibrate Alert” (defaults to on); to turn off, tap the toggle.
    • “Audible Alert “(defaults to on); to turn off, tap the toggle.
    • “Alert Repeat” (defaults to Once); to change, tap the arrow, and then tap “Once”, “Repeat”, or “Continuous”.
    • “Bluetooth” (defaults to on); to turn off, tap the toggle.

  5. Notification Control:

    • “Instant Personal Alert” (defaults to on); to turn off, tap the toggle.
    • “Missed Call Alert” (defaults to on); to turn off, tap the toggle.

  6. Information:

    • “Show Avatar” (defaults to off); to turn on, tap the toggle.
    • “Contact/Group Color” (defaults to on); to turn off, tap the toggle.
    • “Display Name” (defaults to ATT); tap the arrow, type the desired display name, and then tap Save.

    • “Capacity” To display current Enhanced PTT capacity, tap the arrow to view, and then tap the back arrow to return.
    • “About” To display additional information about the Enhanced PTT application including End User License Agreement, tap the arrow to view, and then tap the back arrow to return.

  7. Misc:

    • “Show Tutorial” Tap the arrow to launch the Enhanced PTT tutorial in the browser. Double-click iPhone’s Home button, and tap the application icon to return.
    • “Restore Default Settings” To restore all settings to default, tap the arrow, and then tap Yes to confirm.

    • “Logout” To log out of the EPTT application, tap the arrow, and then tap Yes to confirm.

  8. When you are done, tap the back arrow to return to the Home tab Home tab icon.
