Creating job work flows using the TeleNav Track web interface

  1. Click Setup.
  2. Under “Dashboard Settings”, click Manage Job Settings.
  3. Click Job Work Flow, and then click New Job Work Flow.

  4. Enter the job workflow name in the box to the right of “Name”.
    Note: Items with an asterisk are a required field.
    Note: The name entered here will appear in the dropdown menu that you can select on the “New Job” page in the “Job Status Setting” section.
    Note: This work flow can be set as a default by checking the box to the left of “Default Job Work Flow”.
  5. Optional: Enter the job work flow description in the box to the right of “Description”.

  6. Optional: Enter the flow parameters between the “Start Job” and “Complete Job” actions by clicking the plus sign to add an action.
    Note: You can have a total of four parallel flow actions. The maximum number of total flow actions is 15. The maximum number of characters per field is 12.
    Note: The minus “-“ sign removes workflow items.
  7. Optional: Check the “Confirm” action pop-up box to have a confirmation show on the handset after your employee selects a certain job action.
  8. Click Save Job Work Flow.
