Creating a timecard alert template using the TeleNav Track web interface

  1. Click Setup.
  2. Under “Company Settings”, click Saved Templates.
  3. Click Alerts, and then click Timecard.
  4. Click New Template.

    Note: You have the option to use a saved template by using the dropdown under “Use Template”.

  5. Select the field and options to include in the template by adding a checkmark in the checkbox to the right of the specific alert.
  6. To the far right, select the type of alert you would like to send to the device: SMS, Message, and/or Email by adding a checkmark in each box, as needed.
    Note: Multiple selections are allowed.

  7. Once all appropriate selections have been selected, click Save Template.
