Creating a hot key alert tracking template using the TeleNav Track web interface

  1. Click Setup.
  2. Under “Company Settings”, click Saved Templates.

  3. Click Alerts

  4. Click New Template

  5. Click in the box to the right of “Hot Key Alert”.
  6. Select the type of notification to receive, by clicking in the box(es) to the right of “Send as SMS to” and/or “Send as Email to” and entering the appropriate information on each line accordingly.
    Note: Do not enter the email address in the box under “Message Settings” to the right of “Send as Email to”. This box is for all other alerts.
  7. Click Save Template.

  8. Click in the box below “Save New Template As”, and enter the template name.
  9. Click Save Template and Changes.
