Creating a geofence with a circular radius using the TeleNav Track web interface

  1. Click Setup.
  2. Under “Locations”, click Geofences & Routes.
  3. Click New Geofence.

  4. Type a name for the geofence in the field to the right of “Name”.
  5. Optional: Enter a geofence description in the box to the right of “Description”.
    Note: You can define a geofence with a circle entering the radius and center or by drawing an ellipse polygon geofence on the map.
  6. Optional: Click Browse to define the center of the geofence area using the address book.

  7. Select an address from the “Address Book” by clicking on the radio button to the left of the address.
  8. Click Select Address.

  9. Enter the radius for the geofence in miles.
    Note: The minimum radius is .2 miles. The maximum radius is 10 miles.
  10. Click Save Geofence.
